Welcome to Tri-County Community Mental Health Center
Tri-county Community Mental Health Center provides coordinated outpatient services to adults and children with severe and persistent mental illness, and their families in Chesterfield, Marlboro and Dillon counties.
Our purpose is to support our clients' recovery by facilitating an understanding of their illness, assisting with the identification of symptom issues, developing and encouraging implementation of successful positive coping mechanisms, and working together to create a client-orientated treatment plan which makes use of the client's available support systems.
